Since my early teens I developed a passion for nails and nail art. Taking Cosmetology courses in high school introduced me to the idea of doing nails professionally. I later managed jewelry stores, worked in the service side of automotive, then in IT as an Application Consultant, yet my biggest passion always remained true to nails.

Since my early teens I developed a passion for nails and nail art. Taking Cosmetology courses in high school introduced me to the idea of doing nails professionally. I later managed jewelry stores, worked in the service side of automotive, then in IT as an Application Consultant, yet my biggest passion always remained true to nails.
I continued on my journey non-stop to learn all I could about the different products, brands, the chemistry side, the latest trends and techniques as well as the services performed.
It wasn't long before I was traveling to friends and family who wanted their nails done. I provided equipment, supplies and gained experience. I finally went to and completed nail school in 2022.
Today, I continue to grow my client base and remain relentlessly dedicated to being up to date on techniques, trends and the safety of my clients. I always educate my clients working with them to recommend best services for their nails and aftercare.
With my previous experience and abilities, I had dreamed of owning my own business. It's my goal to provide the upmost professional, gentle and detailed service for every client.

Nail Werks focuses on your nail health. All manicures are performed using a waterless (dry) very detailed technique where an electronic file (e-file) and special bits are used to perform the services known as Russian manicures. There is no soaking in water or soaking in a bowl of acetone. This safe technique provides long lasting results
Nail Werks focuses on your nail health. All manicures are performed using a waterless (dry) very detailed technique where an electronic file (e-file) and special bits are used to perform the services known as Russian manicures. There is no soaking in water or soaking in a bowl of acetone. This safe technique provides long lasting results ranging from 2-4+ weeks. Aftercare is an important part of retention and is recommended to apply cuticle oil 2x daily, wear gloves if your hands are in water for an extended period and of course using your nails as jewels and not tools.

If you need strength; This provides structure & strength to the nails so that your manicure can last longer, your nails can grow as long as you like without breaking and of course provides a nice overall look to the nail.
If you need additional length, Nail Werks offers sculpted gel extensions. Paper forms are used to form the free edge rather than gluing on plastic tips because it offers a more natural look, they're more easily customizable (for any width nail) and most importantly it's safer for your nails because you don't have something thicker/harder/stronger than your natural nail creating vulnerable pressure point on your nail. Plus, they tend to pull away from the natural nails as sets grow out. When you are in need of a fill or rebalance, you'll choose from the structured gel manicure options. A rebalance will be done at that time and you can choose to keep your length, remove a little length or remove any additional length from your natural nail.
If you need help with damaged nails, an IBX treatment would be an ideal add-on to ensure your enhancements adhere *particularly if your nails have had previous nail enhancements removed improperly* and it helps protect your nails from further damage. IBX works by forming a polymer network within the nail and attaching to itself. Note if there is exposed raw nail bed, blood exposed, or any redness from infection you'll need to let your body heal first and possibly need to see a doctor first. This is just one of the reasons why I require photos of the nails to be worked on when booking an appointment.
If you have very short or nail-bitten nails, or nails that have no free-edge (nail goes past your fingertip) then there is a special method, or methods used to safely lengthen and protect your nails. Health comes first!
